A "fix" for some inverted images

Problem:
There are some instances when images that are scanned outside of OnBase appear inverted (ie. black background and white text) in the OnBase thick client viewer. This is somewhat rare, but it does happen occasionally with Group 4 tiff images that were generated in the early 1990s.
Solution:
In the OnBase.ini file set "CHECKRESOLUTIONS" equal to 1. This setting will only only affect the inverted images.
