How many users are in OnBase at one time? Query Analyzer

Article ID: 000016

Problem:

The thick reports an inaccurate number of users under the admin menu of "view current users". Users who are attached don't always show up in the list. Perhaps you are needing to plan on the purchase of more seats to OnBase.

Solution:

Two answers: 1.) Run the MS-SQL-Query Analyzer with the "SP_WHO" command. Ignore the connections from user "HSI" and others with the status of "sleeping". You'll see the user connections in real time. 2.) Run a report from the thick client on sucessfull user login/logout for span of days and sort by user or time of day.
