Problem:
When user logins to OnBase they recieve an error that the user already exists.
Solution:
This error occurs when the users onbase.ini file becomes corrupted.
There are two possible solutions:
The first is to delete the onbase.ini file located in the users system32 directory.
The second method is have the database administrator delete the user which has the same name as the users workstation from the sql databases user list.
