Problem:
Common items that will cause scanning not to function.
Solution:
1. Check cables
Are all cables securley in place
2. Power
Is the power on to the scanner and workstation
3. Workstation
Are there any problems with the workstation
Is there a scanning utility such as Kofax VCDEMO or Kodak TWAIN imaging that works
Has the workstation been rebooted with the scanner on
